JØRGEN'S WEBSITE

Sorry if some parts of the site are a bit lacking, this is pretty much a hobby thing i occasionally mess around with. Side note: This site was made for pc and never tested on mobile. Most things will probably work fine but expect some visual issues.

Anyway, hello. I'm Jørgen, and it turns out that it's a lot easier to get a programming related job if you publicly display your ability to program stuff. Who could have imagined that, haha. I should probably have done something like this during uni, but I was going through a pretty bad depression and didn't have the energy for side projects outside school assignments. But I've steadily gotten better over the last few years, so now I'm rebuilding my life and catching up with the things I should have done. There's probably an inspirational, feel-good story in there somewhere.

Use the cool buttons on the top to navigate the site.

So what's here?

Well, if you're a serious business looking for a serious guy to make good code, you should probably check out the first 3 sections:

Uni related work is where I talk about some of the stuff i did during university, most notably my master's thesis.
Miscellaneous projects is where I write about little side projects I've done on my spare time.
About me (professional) contains information regarding my skills and qualifications.

On the other hand, for the more fun parts of my site, I have a few less professional sections:

About me (personal) is about less career-relevant stuff like my hobbies and music taste.
Video game screenshots contains exactly what the label says, because I like games and felt like putting some screenshots on here.
HTML tomfoolery has a funny box that changes color based on cursor position, and other nonsensical HTML/css/js things i made to amuse myself.

My personal recommendation is checking out Welcome to Snowcape, my big indie web passion project where I'm making a website related to my favorite game, Animal Crossing.
